The Federation of Women Lawyers Kenya (FIDA Kenya)

FIDA is a non-profit, non-partisan and nongovernmental membership organization, committed to the creation of a society that is free of all forms of discrimination against women through provision of legal aid, women's rights monitoring, advocacy, education and referral. Membership to FIDA Kenya is open to Kenyan women lawyers and women law students.
 

Legal Resources Foundation

The Legal Resources Foundation (LRF) is a non-governmental organisation established in 1993. LRF mission is to enhance quality participatory human rights and legal education, promote low cost community based mechanisms for the resolution of individual and communal rights disputes, and lobby and advocate for policy and legislative changes that enhance quality access to justice. 
  
 The International Foundation for Election Systems

(IFES) provides professional advice and technical assistance in promoting democracy and serves as an information clearinghouse on democratic development.
IFES is dedicated to the success of democracy worldwide and the prospect that each person in every corner of the world is entitled to have a free and informed say in how he or she is governed. IFES recognizes that democratic governance is an evolving and dynamic process, created by and meeting the needs of the people it serves.
 

International Centre for Governance and Development (ICGD)

Created in December 2000, the International Centre for Governance and Development was formed as a synergistic hub of excellence. Through collaborative expertise and innovative programming, the centre seeks to address aspects of governance and development in three key areas: capacity building for legal and judicial reform; knowledge development on market economy and social development interrelationships; and policy analysis for good governance.
 

National Democratic Institute (NDI)

In July 2001, with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), NDI began implementation of a program to strengthen the capacity of political parties to represent the shared interests of Kenyan citizens and civil society. 
  
 The Central Depository Unit (CDU)

The Central Depository Unit (CDU) was incorporated as a public trust on August 7, 2001. It is a coalition of six Kenyan non-governmental organizations (NGOs) which have previously been involved in monitoring political and electoral violence in Kenya. These NGOs are the Kenya League of Women Voters, the Centre for Governance and Development, the Kenya Human Rights Commission, the Tawasal Foundation, the Centre for Conflict Resolution, and the National Council of Churches of Kenya. They all subsequently joined the Board of Trustees of the CDU.
